Overview
CJC-1295 is a 30-amino acid synthetic analogue of endogenous GHRH (1-29) incorporating a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) modification that enables covalent binding to serum albumin. This modification significantly extends the peptide's plasma half-life compared to native GHRH. CJC-1295 is used in research to study GHRH receptor pharmacology, albumin-binding peptide conjugation strategies, and the kinetics of sustained peptide receptor activation in in vitro and in vivo models.
