Sermorelin
A 29-amino acid synthetic analogue of endogenous GHRH (1-29) NH₂.

Overview
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of endogenous growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29 NH₂). It acts as an agonist at the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) on pituitary somatotroph cells. Sermorelin is used in research to study GHRHR binding kinetics, receptor-mediated signal transduction, and the downstream molecular effects of GHRH receptor activation in cell culture and in vivo models.
